Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy & Credit Card Authorization Thank you for booking with me! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, I ask that you review and agree to the cancellation policy before your appointment. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice Required: I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notification, the full session fee will be charged. Emergency Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, at the therapist’s discretion. By providing your credit card information, you agree to these terms and authorize David Holden LMT to charge the applicable cancellation fees if necessary. Credit Card on File Authorization To streamline your booking and ensure smooth transactions, a valid credit card on file is required before booking online. This information will be securely stored and only used in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or any additional charges as outlined above. Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards [Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover]; Venmo, CashApp, Google Pay, ApplePay; Buy Now Pay Later options available [Klarna, Affirm, AfterPay]. Please note that your card will NOT be charged unless cancellation fees apply. If you prefer not to store a card on file, please contact me directly to book your appointment. By booking online, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy and the authorization to store your credit card information on file.
