Using a personalized blend of neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and sports massage, I tailor each session to your unique needs. Whether you’re managing chronic pain or recovering from an injury, this approach delivers results that help you move and feel better.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice Required: I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notification, the full session fee will be charged. Emergency Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, at the therapist’s discretion. By providing your credit card information, you agree to these terms and authorize David Holden LMT to charge the applicable cancellation fees if necessary. Credit Card on File Authorization To streamline your booking and ensure smooth transactions, a valid credit card on file is required before booking online. This information will be securely stored and only used in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or any additional charges as outlined above. Please note that your card will NOT be charged unless cancellation fees apply. If you prefer not to store a card on file, please contact me directly to book your appointment.
