David Holden is unique among massage therapists in the area because of the time, preparation, and extraordinary intuition that he gives to each massage client.

I have known David for 3 years and held out secret hopes that he would move to South Tampa. His salon space is neat, clean, quiet, and soothing. Add to that all of the services that he has added to his repertoire, and you can easily see he is prepared for a successful practice.

For so young a practitioner, he has been an instructor and master trainer of others who give massages. I suffer from insomnia, and can attest that my sessions with David have helped me to sleep longer and with greater quality of rest.

For anyone who has not yet experienced his therapeutic massage, I recommend him as I would recommend a great doctor, one with bedside manner, and skill. Additional treatments such as hot towel foot treatments, hand massage, and the list on his website will give you a spa experience that you will long remember, in a convenient location.

I recently had the opportunity to have a massage with David. As someone who has suffered with multiple chronic illnesses and pain for several years I am often tentative to receive massage. I am so glad that I laid down that reservation and went ahead with the appointment. From the first moment David showed compassion, knowledge and understanding towards my multiple conditions. He never once made me feel that my laundry list of needs was too great. In fact he showed a willingness to learn about my bodies unique rhythm which to me is crucial in a therapist. By the end of the treatment I could breath again, not only was I relaxed but my pain was relieved. He even had a plan for tackling some of my biggest issues going forward. I appreciated his attention to detail, insightfulness and gentleness. Whether you’re looking to relax, or have some problem areas you need attended to, I would highly recommend a visit to David.
