The level of expertise you are getting can't be beat. David's years of experience with different massage techniques and knowledge on human anatomy mean he can and will address specific concerns you need addressed. For me, I have damage and years of stiffness to the base of my levator scapulae. I have managed it with at home massage but it has remained a chronic issue that doctor's have basically shrugged at. I felt a bit hopeless at ever finding any form of help or relief. For the first session we had an in depth convo about my pain specifically and what I was hoping to accomplish. I was impressed with his understanding of the muscle groups in that area and how stiffness can present. For once in over a decade I have noticed improvement in my neck mobility after a few sessions. He's also a professional and kind soul. I feel like I've lucked out in finding him!! And yes the office space is clean, with nice decor, and peaceful :) And yes I wrote a review for google and yelp because that's how awesome David is!

This was my first time getting a hot stone massage, and wow--I had no idea what I was missing. I booked the 90-minute Earth & Fire Hot Stone Ritual with David, and it was exactly what my body needed. The feeling of the hot stones melting into my super tight, stressed-out shoulders was amazing. I could actually feel the tension releasing as he worked. What really stood out to me, though, was that the care didn't stop when the massage ended. David gave me some really helpful tips on breathwork and physical therapy I can do on my own to keep working on my posture and loosen up my shoulders long-term. That kind of follow-through means a lot. Also, I came in with a broken ankle, and David was so respectful and thoughtful about working around the injury--I still got the full experience without any discomfort. Highly recommend if you're feeling tight, overwhelmed, or just need to reset. David knows what he's doing and genuinely cares.

After using other massage therapists, I was referred to David by my sister a couple years ago. What a gem! David does an amazing job. This 64 year old with arthritis regularly gets a massage to help with soreness and relaxation. It's such a treat and I sleep so well afterwards.
